Ayannah Johnson is a first-generation college graduate from Union, NJ. In 2012 she graduated from Kean University with a BA in Communication. After completing her master’s degree, she worked at The Ceceilyn Miller Institute for Leadership and Diversity. She has traveled the country presenting DEI topics to schools, nonprofits, and corporations. Ayannah is the CEO of Johnson and Associates Consulting LLC, a DEI consulting group that provides organizations with strategic planning and implementation.  Today, Ayannah is the Sr. Director of DEI & Employee Experience at Ampersand, a data-driven TV advertising sales and technology company. Her role includes working with leaders to ensure they are including equity in decision making, as well as making sure employees feel seen and heard.
