Reggie Rashad Walker is a native of Trenton, NJ where he graduated from Trenton Central High School. Upon graduation from high school, Reggie was accepted to Rider University and was a student in the Educational Opportunity Fund Program at the University. Reggie graduated from Rider in 2008 with a Masters in Organizational Leadership in Higher Education. Since 2008, starting with Monmouth University, he has worked for the EOF program then serving as the EOF academic counselor at Montclair State University from 2010-2019. He currently serves as the director of EOP, at Rider University. He has worked with the EOF students who are on academic probation and academic monitoring, coordinating and facilitating the Turning Academic Empowerment Program Point Program at MSU. He also serves as the coordinator for the EOF Male Leadership Academy, a program designed to close the achievement gap between male and female students, especially the males of color, while increasing retention and graduation rates amongst them. Mr. Walker is currently a doctoral student at Saint Peters University in Jersey City, NJ. A proud Christian, he is married to his college sweetheart, the lovely ZuriWalker, and together they’re raising two amazing children; a son named Guy Rashad Walker and a baby girl named Ryder Julia Walker.
